San Gabriel Valley Queen: Hazie One

“I was walking down some railroad tracks in the San Gabriel Valley and I happened to see my first pieces on wall from the crew IOH by Bars, Eask and Sir. I instantly wanted to be part of that world. Little did I know that years later I would be in the same crew that inspired me to start this new way of life.”

“I don’t do this for the fame, I don’t do this for the attention and I definitely did not do this because of some guy.”

“I’m always trying to get my work out there, so I do art shows here and there. The annual all female art and hip-hop show ‘Divine Feline’ includes the works of female graffiti artists, MC’s, and female DJ’s. I love being able to take art and just spread a little bit everywhere I can. It’s a great opportunity to display my work, meet other artists and network.”
“I’ve always worked hard to be respected by both females and males when it comes to graffiti. As females, we have to work a little extra to get the right image of our work and of ourselves.”
